Lucknow, India (Natural Energy News): The Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) has commenced the bidding process for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of Mini-Grids and DDG Solar Power Plants in various districts of Uttar Pradesh.

Technical bid opening is scheduled for March 7, 2024, at 11:00 AM, with the financial bid opening to follow after the technical evaluation. In addition to financial criteria, firms should have a minimum of five years of experience in the field, with documented proof of operating and maintaining mini-grids. Consortium/partnership firms must maintain a minimum of 51 percent equity turnover to be eligible for participation.
